ATLANTA WILLS, TRUSTS & PROBATE
Our Wills, Trusts & Probate section includes estate planning for all sizes of estates and preparation of simple and complex wills and trusts.
For clients with anticipated gross estates of more than $5,000,000 (under current law through 12/31/2012), our estate planning may minimize or avoid estate taxes through marital deduction gifts and trusts, credit shelter trusts, gifting, family limited partnership, charitable bequests, and other estate planning techniques.
Contact us for a pdf Will Information Sheet (married) or Will Information Sheet (single). Please complete the Will Information Sheet and provide it to us, and we can discuss your estate plan with you and give you an estimate of the cost to prepare your Will, Financial Power of Attorney and Georgia Advance Directive for Health Care (both spouses if married).
