COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

I handle all aspects of commercial real estate matters, including contract negotiation, purchase and sale agreements, option contracts, construction contracts, foreclosures, tax appeals, environmental investigation, title examinations, title clearance and closings. I handle shopping center, office building, gas station and convenience store, dry cleaners, and farms and acreage transactions.

I represent owners, managers and tenants of office buildings, shopping centers and other land in their leases of property.

I serve as qualified intermediary in like-kind exchanges under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.
